Self Defense Adult Class
One of my favorite workshops we’ve ever hosted at Rise is coming back and Greenquist Academy is leading TWO classes this time! 
I was so impressed by their first workshop and the people behind it that I enrolled my own kids in taekwondo afterward. I truly believe this is a workshop worth making time for.
• Tuesday, October 20 at 6 PM | Adult Self-Defense
Learn practical techniques, build situational awareness, and practice trusting your instincts in a supportive, hands-on class. No experience needed - all levels and all bodies are welcome.
• Tuesday, October 27 at 6 PM | Kids’ Self-Defense (ages 7–12)
An age-appropriate workshop focused on confidence, awareness, and self-defense skills.
