NDSCS Opening Week Block Party

Join us for the NDSCS Opening Week Block Party.  Sunday, August 21 from 4pm - 7pm at the NDSCS Wahpeton Oval.  Meet the new NDSCS President, welcome our students, and visit with area businesses.  Free to everyone with a picnic meal, yard games, and entertainment.
