Borderline Chalkfest
Wahpeton/Breckenridge will be holding the area's only chalk festival on July 9 and 10, 2022. Local artist, Shawn McCann, will be bringing talented professional chalk artists to the Twin Towns for 2 days to transform the streets of downtown Wahpeton, ND. This weekend event full of entertainment, art and food is free to the public
