Santa Comes to Town!
The Wahpeton Breckenridge Area Chamber of Commere welcomes Santa to town! Please come out and join in the fun. Santa will be arriving by Train at 10:45am in the Thifty Horizons parking lot. He will go to the Breckenridge Community Center from 11am-1pm. He will make his appearance again in Wahpeton from 3pm-5pm at the Art Gallery on Dakota Avenue. Stop out and see Santa!!
