Planting Seeds: Kids Yoga at Bagg Farm
Our next Mindful Movement Kids Yoga class is happening May 2nd, and this one is extra special.
Kids will enjoy a playful yoga practice inspired by nature, followed by a creative activity where they will decorate their own mini plant pot and plant a seed to take home and grow.
This class is all about reminding kids that just like seeds, the small things we nurture — kindness, patience, and confidence — can grow into something beautiful.
